Quick breakfast damages our health!


Doctors recommend devote to the first meal of the day between 10 and 15
minutes minimum.

The fast pace of life makes in the morning do not take breakfast at the
table, usually, drink a glass of juice, a cup of coffee and, at worst, do not
eat anything.

It is important not only eat the necessary nutrients, but devote sufficient
time to this meal, 10 to 15 minutes at least.

A balanced breakfast should contain a serving of dairy products, cereals
and fruits. You can also include a small amount of heart-healthy fat, and
sometimes, ham or cheese.
