Chinese cuisine 'disappears' from the Guide Michelin 2012

Only one of the five restaurants with three stars out of Hong Kong sells typical food from China, the other are French and Italian.

Another Chinese restaurant which last year had three stars, the Sun Tung Lok, has lost one of them in next year's Edition.
