The cornmeal is being used in many breads in the center and south of
Europe. Bread with Cornmeal in Europe had grew a lot in this last
years.
The countries that most used cornmeal in breads on the markets and
small shops of food are Turkey and Portugal.
All this sucessful of the Cornmeal was because the cornmeal give a
wonderful texture to the breads and the people like to eat them very
much.
