What is your secret to delicious turkey at Christmas you have left?

Is preferred in the Christmas Eve dinner and each family has its own special recipe. Share with us your own

The turkey is still the favorite of the tables at dinner on Christmas Eve. This is also a good occasion for great cooks we have in house shine with a special recipe.


Each family has a different preparation, but all agree that the seasoning is the most important part of the process. Some seasoned with pineapple juice, white onions, parsley, celery, salt, pepper, chili and garlic powder. Others give priority instead to the vinegar and pepper.

Black gas, mustard and sugar are secret ingredients they bring to our bird a different flavor.

The filling is a separate issue, while others opt for fresh fruit, some people prefer vegetables. Nuts are also an interesting option. Some are usually put potatoes and sweet potatoes that accompany the spread cooking and leave the juices from the turkey.
